Because our products are mostly perishable, we’ve set clear guidelines for returns and refunds in line with Canadian standards.

Freshness Guarantee

We carefully source, cut, and package your order to maintain maximum freshness. If any item arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds/Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement if:

You received the wrong item

An item was missing from your order

An item arrived damaged or spoiled

📸 Proof required: Please provide a clear photo of the product within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations in Canada, we cannot accept returns on:

Fresh meats, fish, poultry, and produce

Frozen items

Opened or partially consumed dry goods

Refund Options

If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:

Replacement with your next order

Credit applied toward future purchases

Refund to your original payment method (in special cases)

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

Once an order is processed, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
